[RESOLU] pb impression avec imprimante HP ENVY 4500

Bonjour,
j'ai un nouvel ordinateur et j'ai des problèmes pour imprimer.

Dans la boite de dialogue  Imprimer, Onglet général j'ai ce message : No destination  host name  supplied  by cup browsed for Envy 4500 series_CN3BL2R2D30SX4_@localhost", is cups-browsed running ?

D'autre part, voici les infos que Sylvain3800 recommande de communiquer

Sous toute réserve et si pas déjà tenté, supprime le paquet ippusbxd qui semble causer problèmes avec certaines imprimantes branchés en usb sur la 20.04 :

sudo apt purge ippusbxd

...suivre d'un redémarrage ?

Bonjour,

Ton retour au #3 indique que tout s'est bien passé lors de la suppression du paquet ippusbxd, ignore les autres messages.

En gros, «traitement des actions différées» signifie que la commande apt regroupe certaines opérations pour ne les effectuer qu'une seule fois.
D'autres que moi pourront détaiiler plus en profondeur.

Il y a des mises à jour en attente sur ton système, pour les compléter :

sudo apt update

sudo apt full-upgrade

Redémarre et essaie l'imprimante ?

Je ne sais pas pour la feulle blanche à part peut-être tenter de réinstaller l'imprimante, désolé...

Tu pourrais aussi essayer une recherche générale avec l'expression "No destination host name  supplied by cup browsed" dans ton moteur de recherche favori...

J'ai déjà fait cette recherche mais toutes les réponses sont en anglais. Quant à l'installation de mon imprimante Elle s'est faite automatiquement, je crois. Je ne sais pas la réinstaller.

En ligne de commande, pour supprimer l'imprimante avec hp-setup :

hp-setup -ir

...et pour la réinstaller :

hp-setup -ia

Bonjour,
Je réussi à imprimer un texte de Writer.
Mais quand j'ai voulu imprimer une attestation de la Securité Sociale,  un texte en ligne, si je peux imprimer je n'ai plus accès au réseau Internet.
Je travaille en wifi avec mon ordinateur et je ne parviens pas à avoir mon imprimante et ma freebox actifs en même temps
Je parviens, en passant par paramètres>Wifi>Réseaux visibles, à activer mon imprimante mais ma Freebox n'est plus active et quand j'active la Freebox c'est l'imprimante qui se désactive.
Comment procéder pour que les deux soient actifs en même temps ?
Si ce n'est pas possible comment procéder pour travailler avec l'imprimante via le câble ?

En la branchant en USB ? Ce sera mieux vu que ippusb est supprimé.
