pc ne démarre plus: initramfs

Bonjour,

Je suis bloquée et j'en appelle à votre aide.
Mon ordi c'est bloqué d'un seul coup. J'ai redémarré, mais je ne peux plus accéder à rien.
Je suis sur Ubuntu 20.4 sur un Acer nitro 5
Quoique je fasse j'ai ce message d'erreur.
Je suis obligée d'écrire ce message via mon smartphone, je m'excuse donc de la médiocrité du message.

Bonjour,
SGX n'a rien à voir avec ton problème. As tu fait quelque chose de particulier avant ce pb (modification de partition par exemple)?
Tu peux démarrer sur un live usb (la clé usb t'ayant permis d'installer ubuntu, bien sûr tu ne fais pas "installer" mais tu choisis "essayer") et tu peux faire un boot info: https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/boot … erationnel

je précise que je n'ai pas pu démarrer en live avec ubuntu 20.4.
J'ai donc utiliser le 21.
De plus, en démarrant en live j'ai pu accéder à mes dossiers. Afin de ne pas prendre de risques de tout perdre, j'ai branché mon disque dur externe toshiba pour copier mes dossiers

Bonne idée. Je te laisse faire la copie (pense aussi aux dossiers cachés)

Toujours en live usb je te laisse faire des rapports smart des deux disques. Pour cela, tu peux installer smart:

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools 

puis pour chaque disque donner

sudo smartctl -a /dev/sdX

(/dev/sdX est à remplacer par /dev/sda, ou /dev/sdb, ou /dev/sdc, ... selon le nom pris par le disque)

Le but est de comprendre comment tu es arrivé à avoir une partition qui a changé d'UUID.

Bonjour.
Le disque contenant la partition de boot EFI a disparu.
Regarde si tous tes disques sont bien connectés afin d'être détectés dans le bios.
Regarde si le bios est bien resté positionné pour des accès en AHCI et pas raids ou irst.

Alors il n'y a pas de pb sur ces deux disques selon ces rapports smart (mais pas sûr que tu aies fait le rapport smart des deux disques internes)
