[RESOLU]Problème d'installation d'une HP Officejet 8012e
Bonjour à tous!
Mon imprimante HP Officejet Pro 8000 viens de rendre l'âme après 10 ans de bons et loyaux services! J'ai donc dû en changer et me suis dirigé vers une OfficeJet 8012e tout en un.
La première partie avec HP smart s'est déroulée sans problème. Aucun message d'erreur.
J'avais en plus un scanner HP Scanjet 3400C que j'ai débranché.
J'ai consulté les pages de documentations HP (matériel et logiciel HP, HPLIP),
J'ai lancé CUPS qui me détecte dans "ajouter une imprimante":
- une imprimante locale "HP OfficeJet 8010 series (HP OfficeJet 8010 series)"
- deux imprimantes réseau "HP OfficeJet 8010 series [9284CE] (HP OfficeJet 8010 series)" et "HP OfficeJet 8010 series (driverless) (HP OfficeJet 8010 series)"
Mais malgré tout je ne peux ni imprimer ni numériser à partir de mon ordinateur!
Je vais tout faire comme Sylvain 3800 nous explique.

Il te faut hplip >= 3.19.5.
Lis la doc hplip.

J'ai bien suivi ton conseil et lu avec attention cette page.
J'ai suivi la procédure du §7.1 jusqu'au bout et ça a marché!!!
