[RESOLU] Nouveau dysfonctionnement imprimante BROTHER (2 Brother 1 USB
Bonjour
J'avais fait appel à vous il y a un moment car je n'arrivais pas à utiliser mes imprimantes BROTHER MFC-J4410DW et MFC-9465CDN car j'étais sur ubuntu 16,4
grâce à votre aide, j'ai réussi à faire fonctionner l'ensemble après avoir reformater un disque avec le version 20.4 (sauf erreur)
j'utilise très souvent la MFC-J4410DW pour les numérisations et les impressions standard, donc la 9465 est souvent délaissée
aujourd'hui j'ai besoin d'utiliser les 2, la 4410 pour numériser puis la 9465 pour imprimer, donc je connecte juste l'une ou l'autre sur le cable USB connecté au PC
et aucune impression sur la 9465, elle reste désespérément silencieuse, j'ai réinstallé les pilotes mais aucun changement, j'ai fait un reboot, aucun changement
suis perdu

Merci pas de soucis, je vais patienter, c'est déjà sympa
je pense que je vais mettre une imprimante = un ordinateur ou une imprimante = un port USB
ce que je ne comprends pas c'est tout fonctionné bien il y a quelques mois et ici la 9465 ne veut rien entendre
si je trouve la solution entre temps, je viens mettre un RESOLU

MFC9465CDN accepte des requêtes depuis dim. 28 nov. 2021 15:32:47il me semble que ta MFC9465CDN imprime dans le vide avec ça
matériel pour MFC9465CDN : usb://dev/usb/lp0pour remédier à ça (j‘en ai aucune certitude mais c’est ce que je ferais si j’étais dans ton cas)
je referais le script de demonipuch avec cette imprimante en connecté en usb pour voir si ça change la donne
et avoir une ligne similaire à cela mais pour ta MFC9465CDN
peut être faut il installer à nouveau ton imprimante
le cas peut arriver si tu changes de session sans redémarrage; ton port usb reste verrouillé sur la première session (débrocher le cable usb imprimante pour prise en compte)

Je viens d'appliquer toutes les recommandations, aucun changement la 9465 est toujours en lp0

Alors pour infos, même connectée sur un autre PC et avec OS Windows, l'impression est en erreur !!!
donc je vais chercher du côté de l'imprimante

Problème résolu, c'est le câble USB de l'imprimante qui était HS, j'ai testé avec un nouveau et miracle comme quoi, parfois il faut revoir ses basiques
encore merci et désolé du dérangement
