problème scan imprimante HP 6200 (plantage)
Bonjour
Je suis confronté à un problème curieux : l'imprimante fonctionne bien, mais je ne peux jamais faire un scan du premier coup : elle plante; je suis obligé de la débrancher et la rallumer; je relance alors le logiciel ( numériseur ou xsane, même combat) et là, le fonctionnement est impeccable...
Lorsqu'elle plante et que je dois la rallumer, elle m'affiche ,sur son écran, le message suivant : " ERROR CODE/OX00829c98/H (?? lettres illisibles) watchdog C", ce qui ne m'aide pas pour la solution !
Si quelqu'un peut m'aiguiller ... merci d'avance

Il faudrait fournir > les Informations utiles à donner lorsque j'ai un problème.
Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux
