...on est aussi d'accord sur le fait que tu as bien viré le paquet ippusbxd ?
Je me pose la même question depuis un moment, et je ne vois pas de réponse formelle.
C'est typique de la création des deux imprimantes alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une seule matériellement.

Cerveau gelé par les -3 de ce matin.
Cette machine est bien en Ubuntu 20.04 ? Parce que dans les versions suivantes c'est un autre paquet qui met la panique quand on utilise l'imprimante en usb et pas en réseau : ipp-usb

et je ne comprends pas pourquoi canonical ou qui ont veut qui dis que tel paquet est dans la version 20.04 , ne mettent pas la version HPlip et tout le reste adequate . presque sur que ca marcherait trop bien du 1er coup si c' etait pour la bonne distrb alors forcement vaut mieux mettre un paquet inadequate ...

@ ylag , ma traduction perso : attention , la version 20.04 d' ubuntu n ' est pas supporté . on va utiliser les versions de dependances d ' ubuntu 19.10 pour verifier et installer .
je ne vois pas , ou il est fait mention de QT . et le message me parait plutot clair .
voici la traduction par un vrai traducteur :

Pour moi installer et verifier avec les dependances de la 19.10 , veut dire qu ' on utilise pas la bonne version de hp lip check etc ... c' est la 19.10 au lieu de la 20.04 et donc pas appropriée qui est dans les depots .
et d ' ailleurs c ' est a mon avis pour cela que 90 % des gens qui se renseignent et qui achete une imprimante HP atterrisse sur le forum .
La preuve en est que chez certains ca fonctionne , et hpcheck renvoie environ 20 erreurs au final .
ou alors les dev de chez HP sont vraiment mais vraiment tres mauvais ...
Si il y a une bonne raison pour ne pas utiliser la version adequate a la distribution , j'aimerais bien la connaitre .

hp-checkpour voir que tout est en ordre du coup stp ? au niveau de la version et des dependances requises .
ca serait bien le 1er hp-check que je vois qui ne retourne aucune erreur , ni message d' avertissement si celui-ci est bien celui des depots .
Pour info , je viens de regarder la 1er page du forum " imprimante et scanner " a vue de nez la moitié des posts contiennent " HP " dans le titre ou le 1er message , serait ce un hasard ? , on pourrait aussi verifier sur 10 pages , mais je ne crois pas vraiment que ca changerait grand chose , il doit bien y avoir une raison tout de meme non ?

Je n'ai aucun problème chez moi avec mon imprimante (usb). Par contre, je pars toujours d'une installation fraîche.
Idem pour moi, une vénérable HP LaserJet P1006 en usb, reconnue d'office autant sur Debian Bullseye que sur Ubuntu 18.04 et 20.04.
En fait, cette imprimante a toujours été reconnue par défaut, sans aucune autre manip depuis au moins la 14.04 si je me souviens bien.

c' est tout le temps pareil au niveau des erreurs , du moment que ce type de message apparait :

si oui j' aimerais la connaitre .
Pour mon imprimante sur cetains systeme , il a fallu que j' installe le dernier HPLIP . pas moyen avec celui des depots :

Il y a toujours eu plein d'erreurs avec hp-check.
Ce qui n'empêche pas l'imprimante/scanner de fonctionner.
Comme c'est une LaserJet, il lui faut le plugin.
Je n'ai pas installé hplip-gui.

Note: hp-check can be run in three modes:

Si cela peut aider, voilà le log de hp-check sur une machine Archlinux à jour, qui imprime et scane sans problème avec une HP Envy 5030 en usb.
Si c'est inutile je supprimerai.
