[Résolu] Suppression de partitions Fat32 sur partitions Unbuntu 20.04

Bonjour,
Suite à de multiples essais d'installations d'Ubuntu qui n'ont pas fonctionné (problèmes de pilote de clé USB clavier).
Je me retrouve avec 8 partitions de 512 Mo !
En sachant que la plupart sont vide ou contiennent " $RECYCLE.BIN" et "System Volume Information".
Est que je peux en supprimer sans que cela me pose de problème au démarrage.

Normalement oui mais je vois qu'il y a un bout de drapeau sur ta capture, sur sda10, est-ce que ce serait "boot" ? Il faudrait vérifier si ce n'est pas une partition sur laquelle Ubuntu aurait installé GRUB, par exemple.

Sinon, dans l'idée, tu peux au moins supprimer sda5 à sda9 + sda11 et sda12. Ça va libérer de la place avant sda13 et tu pourrait agrandir celle-ci dedans pour ne pas la gâcher mais attention, il faudra fgaire ça depuis une session live (tu ne peux pas manipuler ta partition système pendant que tu l'utilises). Et donc, voir avant ce qu'il y a sur sda10 pour savoir si tu peux la supprimer ou s'il faut la garder et la déplacer.

Effectivement, j'ai mal fait ma capture d'écran.J'ai bien des drapeaux "boot,esp" sur la /dev/sda10.
Donc, si j'ai bien compris je passe en live et je supprime avec GParted toutes les partitions à part la sda10 ?

Je ne suis pas sûr : ça m'étonne que GRUB soit installé sur sda10 (d'autant que ça devrait alors logiquement être une partition ext4 avec un point de montage sur /boot) mais d'un autre côté je ne comprends pas bien pourquoi tu aurais un flag boot sur une partition inutilisée. Bref : je ne sais pas trop.

Disons que si j'étais à ta place, je ferais comme suit (mais c'est un peu YOLO) :
- démarrage sur une session live et lancement de GParted ;
- suppression des partitions sda5 à sda12 ;
- extension de sda13 vers la gauche pour récupérer l'espace libéré.

Ensuite, voir ce qu'il se passe au redémarrage : si tu as GRUB qui s'affiche, tout va bien. Sinon, utiliser une des méthodes disponibles pour le réparer ou le réinstaller sur /dev/sda.

Autre possibilité : si c'est une installation récente et que tu peux te permettre de réinstaller Ubuntu, simplement supprimer sda4 (il faudra peut-être d'abord supprimer sda5 à sda13) et relancer une installation propre d'Ubuntu dans l'espace libre.

J'ai oublié de te dire que j'ai Windows 7 et 10 d'installé sur mon DD. C'est peut être ça la partition sda10.
J'ai supprimé les partitions sauf la sda10 puis j'ai fait un Boot repair.
C'est moins le chantier dans le gestionnaire de fichier Nautilus, je m'y retrouve carrément mieux !
Je n'ose pas trop toucher à la sda10 car j'ai peur de ne plus pouvoir redémarrer.

Je ne pense pas que sda10 soit liée à Windows, vu qu'elle se trouve en plein milieu de la partition étendue qui a vraisemblablement été créée à l'installation d'Ubuntu. Tu as trois partitions NTFS, dont une petite "réservée au système" (vraisemblablement une partition de récupération Windows). Je suppose que Windows 7 est sur sda2 (116 Go) et Windows 10 sur sda3 (170 Go) ou inversement. Les tailles ont l'air de correspondre ?

Je viens de voir dans le BIOS j'ai le nom de mon DD où est installé mes OS et une option avec le même nom de DD avec Ubuntu dessus.
Si je choisis cette dernière ça plante et j'arrive à la console GRUB rescue> mais si je choisi la 1er option j'arrive bien au GRUB.
A savoir que dans le gestionnaire de fichier Nautilus je ne vois plus aucune partitions de 500Mo...
Autre question : Si je déplace le curseur de redimensionnement vers la gauche pour récupérer la partition est ce que je pourrais redémarrer mon ordinateur car GParted me mets un message d'alerte...

Affirmatif, je manipule GParted en session live.
Je te transmet le message d'erreur :
Le déplacement d'une partition peut empêcher votre système d'exploitation de initialiser.
Vous avez placé en file d’attente une opération de déplacement du secteur de démarrage de la partition /dev/sda6.  Il est très probable que le démarrage ne soit plus possible si vous déplacez la partition GNU/Linux contenant /boot ou si vous déplacez la partition système Windows C:.
Vous pouvez apprendre comment réparer la configuration de l’initialisation dans la FAQ de GParted.

Le déplacement d’une partition peut prendre beaucoup de temps.

Effectivement, ça pourrait poser problème mais je ne suis pas assez calé là-dedans pour le confirmer ou non. Après, si ça empêche Ubuntu (ou Windows) de démarrer, c'est toujours possible de réparer GRUB (cf lien plus haut) pour qu'il ajuste les infos de partitions.

j ' en deduis que le disque contenant les OS est sda , vu que que sd(b/c/d) et leur partitions sont labellés H D E F G .

Pour le disque SDA , on peut voir que
la partition sda6 est la racine de ton OS .
sda 1 2 et 3 sont en NTFS certainement pour windows
sda4 , est , dirait on l ' ecart pour une partition etendue .
et sda5 , la partition de boot .

Si tout ce qui est au-dessus est juste , alors , je dirais qu ' il ne faut rien toucher , cela semble etre parfait .



Maintenant , si il te semble que au demarrage il ya un pb lié a la selection dans le BIOS , suite a ce message : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p22536236 , le mieux est encore de fournir un boot-info : https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/boot-info

Grub-efi would not be selected by default because legacy Windows detected.

le boot-info parcouru vite fait , dans les 1ere lignes montre bien la meme chose que ce que je disais dans le message precedent aus sujet des partition de ton disque SDA .

Peux tu rexpliqué le probleme que tu rencontres avec la selection dans le parametrage BIOS , quand tu tombes sur grub rescue ?
et mettre les noms exact des 2 choix possibles dont tu parles stp .

tu peux joindre une photo si ca te semble plus simple .

Si je boot sur la 2eme ligne ça plante et j'arrive sur GRUB rescue>
Par contre si je boot sur la 3eme ligne j'arrive sur GRUB et cela fonctionne.
Je pense que vais laisser comme ça comme tu me le conseil.

Je suis aussi de cet avis mais qu'est-ce qui pourrait expliquer qu'une partition lambda ait un flag boot ? Ce n'est a priori pas pour Linux (pas de montage séparé pour /boot) et je ne pense pas qu'elle ait un rapport avec Windows (la partition étendue qui la contient a vraisemblablement été créée par l'installeur d'Ubuntu) mais est-ce qu'il y a un moyen d'en être sûr ?
