Ubuntu 20.04 LTS sur un vieux portable Sony Vaio vgn-ns (nouveau)

Bonjour à toutes et tous,

je ne suis pas sûr de poser ma question au bon endroit, en effet, il m'est proposé de répondre ?!...

Pas très à l'aise avec Linux*, ayant Ubuntu 20.04 LTS sur un vieux portable Sony Vaio vgn-ns 12 m (ram 4go, hdd 250go) sans autre OS et avec la partition de base,

j'ai le problème suivant :

À l'ouverture de sa "nouvelle fenêtre", Le gestionnaire de paquets synaptic plante :

" E: Entrée 61 mal formée dans list fichier /etc/apt/sources.list (Component)
  E: La liste des sources ne peut être lue.
  E: _cache->open() failed, please report. "

Et ne me propose pas de solution, il donne l’ordre de fermer.

L'installation du gestionnaire de paquets synaptic s'était mal terminée (peut-être faisait-il partie des applications installées automatiquement ?) mais j'espérais que cela fonctionnerait lors d'une session ultérieure.

J'envisage de tout écraser et de réinstaller Ubuntu (je n'ai pas encore bcp de logiciels installés) ou LinuxMint, mais je suis preneur d'une solution plus élégante, Merci d'avance pour les bons conseils.

* : ai réussi à installer quelques appli en suivant les conseils de ce forum et d'autres sites, en utilisant le terminal.

Montre le sources.list :

find /etc/apt -type f -name '*.list*' -exec bash -c 'echo -e "\n\t$1\n"; [[ $1 = *".list" ]] && cat -n "$1"' _ '{}' \;

en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

Méthode détaillée :

Entrer des commandes dans un terminal et donner le résultat - Voilà la marche à suivre :

1. Ouvre le terminal avec ctrl-alt-t

2. Sélectionne la commande voulue avec un triple clic (ça sélectionne toute la ligne, même la fin si on ne la voit pas)

3. Colle-la dans le terminal avec un clic molette, valide avec Entrée

4. Sélectionne et copie tout ce que te dit le terminal depuis la commande jusqu'à la dernière ligne incluse

5. Clique sur le <> de l'éditeur de message

   

6. Colle là où se trouve le curseur (entre le ] et le [)

Au passage encore merci pour les explications très claires sur le copier des lignes du terminal - coller entre les balises.

J'ai installé Deepin au lieu de synaptic et vais tenter l'installation de :
- Gnaural
- StereoPhotoViewer, ou sView pour mes fichiers .mpo que je traitais jadis avec SPM, StereoPhotoMaker, accessible sous un windaube next door, mais hors de ma portée soux Linux actuellement.

Montre aussi d'éventuels paquets cassés :
