imprimante HP OfficeJet 6950 résolu
Bonjour,
J'utilise linux depuis 1996 et chaque fois le même problème pour installer une imprimante. Je viens de changer mon imprimante et j'ai acheté une HP OfficeJet 6950. J'ai suivi tous les tutos d'installation que j'ai trouvé sur le forum avant de poster ce message. Je suis sous ubuntu 20.04 et j'ai installé HP-setup ainsi que tous les modules qt4, qt5..... mais rien n'y fais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas (imprimante + scanner). Xsane est installé. Peut être que quelqu'un peut m'aider...

Il faudrait fournir les infos, pour le scanner > Tuto : les Informations utiles à donner lorsque j'ai un problème.
C ] les infos a donner si ton problème est un problème de scanner .Bon des fois c'est le scanner qui veux pas scanner alors dans ce cas là, c'est ces commandes qui sont intéressantes pour les aidants

Petite évolution la numérisation commence et s'arrête immédiatement et le message suivant s'affiche : " impossible de se connecter au périphérique de numérisation" pourtant comme indiqué plus haut il commence la numérisation ?

Vérifier si le paquet ippusbxd a bien été supprimé, puis faudrait peut-être mettre à jour les blibliothèques sane via le PPA sane-release ou sane git ?
Faudrait-il l'avis de @Ordissimo1 à ce sujet...?

Je ne vois rien qui m'apparaîsse bloquant aux #12 et 15, sauf peut-être :
USB OfficeJet_6950 Required - - OK Node:'/dev/bus/usb/002/003' Perm:' root saned rw- rw- rw- rw- r--'Vérifie si ton utilisateur alibe fait partie du groupe saned :
groups alibeSi le groupe saned ne fait pas partie du résultat de la commande, pour y ajouter ton utilisateur :
sudo adduser alibe sanedIl faut relancer la session, ou bien redémarrer pour prendre en compte.
J'y crois moyennement, mais ça ne coûte pas cher à tester...

Essaie de supprimer et recréer l'imprimante ?
Pour supprimer :
hp-setup -ir...puis pour la réinstaller :
hp-setup -iaJe n'ai pas d'autres idées à te proposer, désolé...
Ajout :
Ça devrait pourtant fonctionner si on se fie à cette discusion (relativement ancienne, par contre) :
scanner non reconnu sur imprimante HP office jet 6950

Bonjour ylag et merci pour ton aide. Linux ne fonctionne plus je suis repassé sous windows (pas le choix). Je vais faire une réinstallation d'ubuntu et réinstallerai mon imprimante. Je ne passe pas le message en résolu je le laisse en l'état et reviendrai donner des informations quant à la réussite de l'installation de mon imprimante.
