As-tu vérifié que les priorités de boot sont bien positionnées
USB
Custom Boot
Os Boot.
Si oui, je crains qu'il n'y ait pas de solution autre que la touche F9.

Dans ce cas, repositionne en legacy toutes les entrées y compris USB puis cherchons pourquoi le boot legacy ne fonctionne pas en oubliant l'alerte stupide de l'installateur.

A mon avis, tu auras exactement les mêmes problèmes à gérer pour les boot qu'ils soient LEGACY ou EFI
En legacy, je vois pas pourquoi l'installateur serait modifié pour ne plus avoir envie de forcer l'installation du EFI.
En EFI, il n'y a actuellement aucun problème pour ubuntu.
C'est juste ton bios EFI qui t'oblige à appuyer sur la touche F9 pour booter et qui ajoute une entrée dans la NVRAM. Ce qui oblige à une épuration de temps en temps.
Je te rappelle ma proposition de poster des photos du bios EFI.
