Installer MOBAC sous Ubuntu 20.04

Bonjour,

Je rebondit sur ce post car je suis aussi en difficulté pour installer MOBAC (sous 20.04 - GNOME ; donc je ne suis peut être pas au bon endroit...).
J'ai essayé 3 méthodes et en suivant les conseils de ce post mais sans succès : synaptic (version 2.1.2.1) / sudo apt-get install mobile-atlas-creator / en téléchargeant (version 2.3.0)
Il n'y a pas d'erreur mais lorsque j'essaye d'ouvrir MOBAC, rien ne se passe.
Java est en version openjdk "17.0.5"

Que faut-il faire ? 

(nb: on se retrouve en 2023 le temps de boire une coupe à la nouvelle année big_smile)

Nota : notre Modération a scindé le fil > [résolu] installation et lancement MOBAC

En lançant en commande :

mobile-atlas-creator

ressort-il un message d'erreur ?

Pompé dans [résolus] installation de Mobile Atlas Creator MOBAC (changement de version Java)

Montre aussi d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

et :

java -version

en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

Essayer (en plus de la commande de xubu1957 ci-dessus) l’installation d’openjdk-17-jdk :

sudo apt install openjdk-17-jdk

 

Pour Brave :

sudo apt install apt-transport-https curl gnupg
curl -s https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/brave-core.asc | sudo apt-key --keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/brave-browser-release.gpg add -

Le mot de passe sudo ne s'affiche pas - Comment bien utiliser les balises BBcode

Quand tu auras mis ton système au propre avec l'aide de xubu1957(et des autres ...)  tu pourras installer Mobac sans problème.

Je viens de faire le test sur une machine virtuelle et Ubuntu 20.04.5 tout neuf. J'ai activé les dépôts Universe et Multiverse, fait un update et la phrase magique a bien fonctionné.

sudo apt install mobile-atlas-creator

Il démarre très bien et peut commencer à faire des cartes.

Bien, comme Tamarou, j’ai fait une install dans une 20.04 et ça roule. À noter que c’est openjdk-11 qui est installé et non 17. Peut-être donc un problème de version de java ?

Donne les retours de :

java -version

apt policy openjdk*
apt list ?obsolete

Comme c'est expliqué ICI, il faut donner des retours de commande complets ! c'est à dire, le prompt initial, la commande, le résultat de la commande et le prompt final, comme dans l'exemple ci-dessous :

L'aidant demande : donne le retour de :

ls -l ~/.local

il sera retourné :

lool@lool-W510:~$ ls -l ~/.local
total 4
drwxr-xr-x 40 lool lool 4096 déc.  16 09:38 share
lool@lool-W510:~$

Et si tu ne souhaites pas que l'on voit l'identifiant indiqué dans le prompt, le remplace par xxx.
