je ne peux pas imprimer avec nouvelle HP deskjet 4120 e [RESOLU]

Bonjour, j'ai changé d'imprimante pour une HP deskjet 4120 e, malgré mes efforts je peux scanner avec mais je ne peux pas imprimer. Il y a un "i" quand je vais dans "paramètres d'imprimante supplémentaires". Il y a peut-être un problème de driver... Le problème c'est que je suis une bille en informatique. Si vous voulez m'aider allez-y doucement.... MErci d'avance.

Bonjour,

Avec quelle version d'Ubuntu ?

Montre :

 dpkg -l | grep hplip

en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

Tu as consulté la Doc hplip ?

Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Montre aussi :

Dans le tutoriel épinglé, sylvain3800 a écrit :

B.2 ) Les infos a donner quel que soit la marque de l'imprimante 

il suffit de copier/coller ces commandes :

dpkg -l | grep cups
lpstat -t
/usr/sbin/lpinfo -v
cat /var/log/cups/error_log
dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

dans > les Informations utiles à donner lorsque j'ai un problème.

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" : 

sudo apt purge ~c

comme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté dans ce message

Tente :

sudo systemctl restart cups.service

Pour les imprimantes HP, le plus qualifié pour répondre, c'est grigouille.

Comment est reliée ton imprimante à l'ordinateur? usb ou wifi?
Tu devrais installer l’utilitaire HP qui installe l'imprimante en mode graphique.

sudo apt install hplip-gui

Puis tu lances l'utilitaire que tu viens d'installer.

Désinstalle l'imprimante :

hp-setup -ir

Installe l'imprimante :

hp-setup -iax

Debian (xfce) 12
HP LaserJet M1132 MFP

Je peux facilement désinstaler et installer l'imprimante, tout se passe bien, mais quand je lance une impression j'ai un "i" qui apparait et l'édition de se lance jamais

Il est possible que mon modèle d'imprimante ne fonctionne pas sur ubuntu? Avez vous un modèle à me conseiller?

J'ai débranché le cable usb et rebranché, cela a créé une nouvelle imprimante.usb et ça fonctionne.... mais je ne comprends pas ce qu'il s'est passé.
