Chemin d'installation

Bonjour,

je pense avoir réussi à installer un logiciel à partir d'un fichier .tar mais impossible de le localiser et/ou de le lancer; quelqu'un peut-il aider svp ?

salut Hilderik, le poisson d'avril n'est pas en décembre

Salut  que dis :

tor-browser

ou

torbrowser-launcher

ou

torbrowser

je me rapelle plus precisément , mais logiquement il se lance via le launcher .

Sinon , sur la page de telechargement  : https://tb-manual.torproject.org/installation/ ,  il est indiqué :

Command-line method

    When the download is complete, extract the archive with the command tar -xf [TB archive].

    From inside the Tor Browser directory, you can launch Tor Browser by running:

   

./start-tor-browser.desktop

Bonjour, toutes les commandes indiquent command not found ou

./start-tor-browser.desktop
bash: ./start-tor-browser.desktop: No such file or directory

donc cela signifie que le logiciel n'est pas installé....Pourtant j'avais cru comprendre qu'il se passait un truc (cf le premier post....)

Bonjour,

Tu dois te positionner d'abord dans le répertoire contenant le fichier start-tor-browser.desktop à l'aide de la commande cd.

Par exemple, si le fichier se trouve dans le répertoire /home/toto/Téléchargements, tu ferais :

cd /home/toto/Téléchargements

... pour te placer d'abord dans ce répertoire, suivi de la commande de lancement recommandée :

./start-tor-browser.desktop

Si tu ne sais pas où se trouve le fichier dans ton répertoire personnel, essaie cette commande pour le rechercher, ce qui devrait retourner son chemin absolu :

find $HOME -type f -name start-tor-browser.desktop
