[Résolu] Écouteur bluetooth non détecté

Bonjour,
J'utilise Mantic Minautor sur un hp laptop 14s-fq.

Mes écouteurs bluetooth Q.live 1242 ont été détectés et ont fonctionés automatiquement à la première mise en service par Mantic Minautor. Après une utilisation avec un smarphone Nokia 3 ils ne sont plus visibles et inutilisables sur le notebook.

Je sais que les écouteurs gardent l'appareil de la dernière connection en mémoire mais il me semble que cela ne devrait pas empêcher Mantic Minautor de les détecter.
Sur le Nokia 3 tout est ok.

J'ai lu "Utilisation du Bluetooth sous Ubuntu" mais je n'ai pas trouvé de solution à mon problème.

Il faudrait fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth
dpkg -l | grep blue
rfkill list all
sudo service bluetooth status | cat

Pas d'applet dans la barre du haut à droite et l'identifiant des écouteurs n'apparaît pas dans la liste des périphériques détectés.

ressort-il un message d'erreur ?

J'ai installé Blueman; même résultat.
