erreur au boot ubuntu server

Bonjour,

Je suis Gaetan, nouveau venu sur ce forum.
J’ai récemment créé une société de dépannage informatique, dans l’Indre et Loire (société Guet IT).
Mes connaissances en linux sont limitées, donc je sollicite votre assistance s’il vous plait.

J’ai acheté un serveur DELL E16S001 type « boite à pizza ».
J’y ai installé un Ubuntu server, puis un serveur de virtualisation.
L’objectif étant d’y héberger un serveur rustdesk.
J’ai utilisé le serveur, réalisé des tests de connexion, mais du jour au lendemain, le système ne démarre plus.
J’ai fait une vidéo du démarrage pour avoir les log. je suis preneur d'un tuto pour uploader la vidéos (lien youtube ?)
voici un exemple de message :
