gros problèmes d impression hp deskjet 3633

bonjour à tous

Je vous écris (pardonnez moi si ce sujet a déjà été traité, je suis sur ce problème depuis des jours et je ne sais plus ce que je dois faire, à part balancer cette imprimante par la fenêtre ]
Tout d abord, j ai utilisé pendant 17 années une imprimante Brother dcp 135c quelques petits soucis sur linux par moment mais une super imprimante à toute épreuve.
Entre temps j ai utilisé une brother dcp j774dw qui n aura pas fonctionné longtemps. c est bien dommage elle me plaisait beaucoup. J aime beaucoup la marque Brother (J ai le projet d'acheter une brother laser en fin d'année) Un jour elle fonctionne, un jour elle ne reconnaît pas l'encre.......bref la colère m a pris et boum badaboum
J ai gagné une imprimante HP deskjet 3633, il y a quelques années, elle a bien imprimée plusieurs pages et d'un coup pause, je n arrive plus à la faire fonctionner. C est vraiment rageant quand on a besoin d'imprimer des documents.
Pages blanches ou imprimante reconnue, non reconnue, problème de communication.......bref je ne sais plus. Je vous appelle au secours avant de la balancer aussi....
Quand elle se décide enfin à imprimer, il n 'en sort que des pages blanches. Les cartouches sont pleines.
Il me semble que les pilotes sont à jour. Aurais je oublié quelque chose
Apparemment hp a l 'air d'être bien reconnu dans le monde linux

Si la manip proposée par @xubu1957 au #4 ne suffit pas, peut-être essayer la suppression du paquet ipp-usb :

sudo apt purge ipp-usb

... on peut facilement le réinstaller si ça s'avère inefficace.

Ce paquet semble encore causer certains soucis pour les imprimantes USB sur la 22.04.

Je vous remercie pour votre aide.
Eh bien, l'imprimante est reconnue, elle fonctionne Mais les pages restent déséspérément blanches.
J ai lu sur un site que l on pouvait utiliser HP Smart pour nettoyer les têtes d 'impression. Sauf que HP Smart ne peut pas être installé sur linux.
L imprimante Brother était simple pour le nettoyage.
Là je ne sais pas comment faire. Naturellement le guide n'explique pas cela.
Je continue mes recherches....
Je vais essayer de connecter l imprimante en wifi et voir voir ce que ça donne (je possède un ipad) j' avais utilisé le wifi pour l imprimante Brother et elle fonctionnait parfaitement.

Si tu ne l'as pas déjà tenté, installe le paquet hplip-gui, qui propose hp-toolbox comme interface graphique de hplip.
Ça pourrait offrir des possibilités de gestion de l'imprimante ?

Sinon, avec un lPad, il y a peut-être une appli qui marche bien dans le AppStore pour les imprimantes HP ?

J'ai essayé les différentes options de nettoyage sur l' application hp smart et les feuilles ressortent blanches. Comment user l'encre rapidement et à coup sûr Je ne sais pas ce qu'il faut faire. J'ai besoin d'imprimer des documents et c'est en train de me gonfler sérieusement. Qu'est ce que c'est que ces fichues machines qui fonctionnent une fois et qui rendent l'âme ensuite ?
D'après ce que je peux voir sur différents sites internet, ça à l'air d'être un problème récurrent avec hp

Bonjour , cela ressemble plus a un soucis de cartouches que d ' ubuntu .

j ' ai eu la meme chose sur l ' imprimante HP de ma femme apres qu ' elle ait utilisée plusieurs fois des cartouches " generiques " .

Chez HP , il n ' y a de toute façon pas de nettoyage des tetes d ' impressions car souvent les tetes sont integrées aux cartouches .

un conseil , change les cartouches pour des neuves de la marque HP .

Ce sont bien des cartouches hp
Je n'ai pas énormément utilisé cette imprimante car elle s 'est arrêtée d'imprimer d'un coup.
Comme expliqué plus haut, je l'ai gagné à un loto (moi qui ne suis pas vraiment fan des lotos, mais une amie m'y a trainée
Elle fonctionnait super bien, pas bruyante, avec un beau rendu des couleurs par rapport à la vielle brother que j' avais et qui commençait à fatiguer. J' ai pue imprimer une centaines de pages et ensuite plus rien,
elle s'obstine. J'ai changé les cartouches par de hp originales.

je suis allé voir les sujets sur les pages du forum.
Maintenant l'imprimante ne répond plus. Il y a un pont d'interrogation rouge sur l'imprimante.erreur de l'imprimante. ça en est presque comique
Comment fait on pour enlever les têtes d'impression dans une hp deskjet? j ai vu des tutos sur youtube mais pas pour ce modèle.
Bref j'abandonne pour ce soir, ma tête va exploser....

Bon j'ai tout essayé je ne sais pas quoi faire d'autres à part l'envoyer valser
Je suis partie pour en acheter une autre. La faire réparer me coutera sûrement plus chère que la machine elle même.
De toute façon je ne suis pas fan d hp (même si mon ordinateur d'occasion est aussi hp) a croire que cette marque est tellement nulle qu'on la retrouve souvent en vente d'occasion
pffffff encore des sous à sortir

Bonsoir à tous,
Je reviens à mes amours une imprimante Brother qui fonctionne sans problème. voir dans la signature
Cependant j' ai un autre souci d'impression. Lorsque j 'imprime des partitions de musiques, avec evince ou atril au lieu d'avoir les portées avec les notes, il y a des portées sans notes avec des motifs....
avec master pdf ça imprime normalement. J'ai également essayé avec okular, ça imprime les portées normalement mais par contre resséré, les portées sont plus petites, je n'ai pas touché aux préférences d'impression
Est ce un bug de ces logiciels ?

J'ai renoté le nom de ma nouvelle imprimante, je me suis même trompé là, j'étais resté sur celle que j'avais très recemment et qui me plaisait beaucoup. Cette fois tout est dans l'ordre. Merci à tous pour votre aide.
