dans pavucontrol dans les périphériques de sortie dans la liste port, tu as quoi comme sélection possible :
Est ce que tu as plusieurs ports qui sont proposés, si oui lesquels, regarde aussi avec les selections du curseur les choix possibles (hp, casque, écran, etc)

Visiblement il te manque (problème de configuration) des modules et/ou des codecs pour la gestion et le traitement du son. j'en sûr à 100%.
On retrouve bien les sorties/entrées son pour :
- HDA Intel PCH Mic : microphone
- HDA Intel PCH Front Headphone Front : prise casque à l'avant de l'ordinateur.
- HDA Intel PCH Front Headphone Surround : sortie audio surround pour le casque
On voit le codec audio anlogique CX20632, mais rien pour les codecs son numériques.
Ce qui m'étonne, je m'attendais : snd_hda_codec_conexant (est ce que tes sorties audio casque fonctionnent???)
Le snd_hda_codec_hdmi est portant présent, mais à priori pas utilisé.
j'ai besoin de connaître la puce que gère le traitement de ton son, je sais que c'est Conexant pour la partie analogique , mais je ne connais pas celle pour la partie numérique (probablement Intel xxxxx HDMI); cela me sera utile pour faire des recherches.
Pour connaitre la puce :
cat /proc/asound/card*/codec* | grep "^Codec"
Pour tracer les appels système du modprobe :
sudo strace -e trace=open,read,write modprobe snd_hda_codec_hdmi
En complèment :

Tout est bon à prendre. de toute façon, dans un cas pareil, il faudra orienter les recherches pour des cas similaires . Le bios en fait parti. J'attends tous les retours, je digère tous les logs et en fonction des réponses, j'espères bien trouvé quelque chose. Plus il a de fous plus en rigole

On va essayer un truc :
Tu installes :
sudo apt-get install alsa-tools
sudo apt install alsa-tools-gui
On va sauvegarder ton alsa-base.conf, au cas où, si on doit revenir en arrière.
cat /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
sudo mv /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf.orig
Tu lances dans le terminal :
hdajackretask
Tu vas avoir une fenêtre comme ceci :
Inspire toi de ma photo (dans mon cas, toutes mes broches sont bien taguées « Intel Kabylake HDMI ». je n'ai donc pas à faire de modification :
Ma photo est juste un exemple pour te monter le chemin à suivre
Si tu as des doutes, tu m'envoies une photo de ta fenêtre avant de valider.
En haut de la fenêtre, tu trouveras une liste déroulante intitulée « Select a codec ». Choisi « Intel Kabylake HDMI » ou le nom correspondant à ton codec HDMI/DisplayPort. Ce nom peut varier selon le matériel, mais il devrait inclure « HDMI » ou « DP ».
Coche la case « Show unconnected pins » pour afficher les broches audio qui ne sont pas encore configurées. La case est en haut à droite.
En espérant que l'on trouve des broches non connectés. Si c'est le cas, il y a de bonne chance de résoudre le problème.
Coche toutes les cases disponibles pour les broches non connectées (comme sur la photo, j'ai triché car elles étaient connectée. C'est juste pour te montrer le principe). Ensuite, pour chaque broche, sélectionne l'option « HDMI / DisplayPort ». Cela configure les broches pour qu'elles fonctionnent correctement avec le son via HDMI ou DisplayPort.
Clique sur « Install Boot Override ». Ce bouton configure le système pour appliquer ces changements automatiquement à chaque démarrage. Entre ton mot de passe lorsque cela est demandé et redémarre ton ordinateur. La case est en bas à droite, la deuxième en partant du bas.
Tu peux désinstaller ou laisser le logiciel.
sudo apt remove alsa-tools alsa-tools-gui
J'avais oublié, si cela ne fonctionne pas, tu fais la même manip avec hdajackretask, mais dans le sens inverse (enfin presque, mais on verra dans un deuxième temps, si c'est nécessaire)

D'abord merci pour les retours :
En résumé, il a supprimé le fichier alsa-base.conf, tu as toujours le backup d'origine au cas où alsa-base.conf.orig
Il a créé un fichier hda-jack-retask.conf avec les options : snd -hda-intel, avec des firmwares patchés => hda-jack-retask.fw x3 fois, probablement parce que tu as 3 displayports qui se chargent au démarrage.
Par contre, je pensais les retrouver dans /usr/lib/firmware/ , ils doivent être ailleurs. c'est coule.......
