[Resolu] Disque non reconnu lors de l'installation de la 24.04

Bonjour à tous,

je souhaite remplacer mon Windows par Ubuntu sur mon PC (Barebone avec Proc I3, disque SSD 120Go)
Le souci c'est que lorsque j'installe Ubuntu depuis une clé USB flashé tout se passe bien jusqu'à moment ou il me demande comment l'installer et la je n'ai aucun choix car les disques dur ne sont pas vu.

En cherchant sur le forum j'ai vu qu'il fallait mettre dans le bios le paramétrage en AHCI, ce qui est le cas.

J'ai aussi essayé d'installer Ubuntu 23 car certains disaient que ça fonctionnait mais idem, le menu qui doit présenter les disques est vide.

Si quelqu'un à une idée pour m'aider,

Bonjour.
La version 23.10 est quasiment périmée. A oublier.
Peux-tu booter avec le support d'installation 24.04.1
choisir essayer avant d'installer.
et poster ce retour.

sudo fdisk -l

Si aucun disque visible. aussi ces retours.

journalctl --no-pager -b -p err
journalctl --no-pager -b | head -1000

Bonjour.
SDA1 n'est probablement pas reconnu à cause de son type partition.

Il est possible que SDB ne soit pas reconnu à cause de la mauvaise qualité du disque.
installe l'application smartmontool  et publie l'état du disque.

sudo smartctl -s on -a /dev/sdb

Pour SDC, je n'ai pas trouvé de cause. Mais je connais la présence d'un bug ou rien n'est reconnu lorsque la détection est compliquée. Ce qui est le cas pour SDA et SDB.
De mémoire. Une partition SFS  peut se transformer en NTFS. Il me semble que testdisk le fait.

Pour le SDC c'est la clé USB que j'ai flashée pour booter et installer Ubuntu.

Pour le SDA, c'est un disque dur Sata de 1To qui le sert de stockage, je vais essayer de le passer en NTFS, mais l'idée est de booté et d'installer l'OS sur le SSD (SDB). J'avoue ne pas savoir ce qu'est le format SFS.

Tu pourrais donc le laisser au format SFS

Je te fais une suggestion. Relance ton  installation et assure un suivi  depuis le début pour voir si tu n'aperçois pas des anomalies dans les traces.
Pour cela, aussitôt que tu as sélectionné "installer ubuntu", ouvre un terminal en frappant sur les caractères "Ctrl Alt t" et demande à visualiser le journal en frappant

journalctl -f

Ouvre un autre terminal pour visualiser les traces de l'installateur
tu frapperas sudo -i
Il n'y a pas de mot de passe.   Tu te positionnes dans ses journaux

cd /var/log/installer

tu listes les fichiers log

ls -ls  *.log

et tu peux les surveiller en frappant

tail -f xxxxxxx.log

Je ne sais pas si cela sera suffisant pour avoir une idée de ce qui se passe.


S'il continue de te proposer une installation alors qu'il ne te la propose dans rien
Tu fais un rapport de bug  en frappant la commande

apport-cli subiquity

Pour le dépannage, je te suggère de télécharger l'ISO 22.04.5, de l'installer et de faire une mise à niveau. C'est ce que j'ai du faire.

je sais je chipote , mais dans le cas present , je ne dirais pas qu 'un disque SSD noname estampillé LDLC , c ' est de la qualité ...

Désolé mais  "la bonne santé", je la souhaite tous ans au genre humain  mais jamais à du  matériel. tongue   Disons, qu'il est en bon état

Merci Geole, j'ai suivi tes indications et c'est bon.

J'ai installé la 22.04 et mis à niveau en 24.04
Avec la 22.04 elle me détecte tous mes disques et ça fonctionne nickel.

Vu ce que je fais de mon PC ce disque SSD me va très bien. big_smile
