[Résolu] Ubuntu installé mais ne boote pas.
Bonjour
J'ai un vieux portable Toshiba sur lequel j'avais mis un Ubuntu. Il est très peu utilisé, donc ce matin en le lançant, j'ai voulu le mettre à jour.
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgradeMais il a planté. Pas de redémarrage.
J'ai essayé de réinstaller Ubuntu (effaçage total et installation), mais il plante à la fin de l'installation. J'ai quand même visiblement Ubuntu sur le PC. Mais lorsque je redémarre, il reste sur l'écran d'accueil de Toshiba et Ubuntu ne se lance pas.
J'ai trouvé l'outil Boot Repair que j'ai installé sur une carte SD et j'ai booté le PC sur la carte (avec un adaptateur USB). J'ai suivi les instructions (connexion Wifi, mise à jour, réparation recommandée et création d'un rapport BootInfo).
Mais le PC ne boote toujours pas.

Souvent, les vieux ordinateurs EFI ne savent booter que windows.
Je pense que c'est le cas du tien qui refuse de mettre à jour la nvram.
Commence donc par reconstruire le fichier de boot de windows.
Il faut booter avec le support d'installation.
Dire d'essayer avant d'installer.
Monter la partition de boot.
sudo mount -v /dev/sda1 /mntsudo mkdir -pv /mnt/EFI/Microsoft/Boot sudo cp -v /mnt/EFI/ubuntu/grubx64.efi /mnt/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi Dernière modification par geole (Le 19/01/2025, à 23:52)

Est-il mentionné dans la liste_portables_toshiba ?

C'est un Satellite C50-B14D, il n'apparait pas dans la liste. Mais, j'ai installé Ubuntu dessus l'année dernière et il ne présentait aucun problème.

Merci. Pour être sûr de bien comprendre, et surtout ne pas faire de c***ies : je dois taper ces commandes dans une console, en utilisant l'outil Boot Repair (qui utilise une sorte de Linux) ?

Il faut te lancer avec les outils dont tu disposes.
Nota , c'est un linux qui a préinstallé boot-repair.

Pour rajouter [Résolu] au début du titre, en éditant ta discussion, il faut utiliser le bouton Modifier au bas de ton premier message.
