[résolu] sens interdit sur la barre du haut (mise à jour impossible)

Bonjour
depuis quelques jours, j'ai un petit sens interdit qui s'affiche à côté des icones wifi, volume, batterie en haut à gauche de l'écran.
Quand je clique dessus, apparaît le message : " une erreur est survenue durant la recherche des mises à jour" et lorsque je descends sur "installer les mises à jour", j'ai la réponse :

La tâche ne peut être ni surveillée, ni contrôlée

La connexion au démon a été perdue. Le démon d'arrière-plan à probablement planté.

je suis sur un dell xps m1530 avec ubuntu 20.04 installé en dual boot avec windows10.

Bonjour,

Montre, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

df -Thx tmpfs

les retours de :

sudo apt update

d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

et :

ls -l /var/crash

Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Bonjour , c' est le programme lui-meme qui plante ( pour verifier les MAJ en mode graphique ).

sudo dpkg --configure -a

il faudrait verifier la liste des services en " fail " , mais je ne suis pas devant mon ordi ubuntu pour retrouver la commande roll
peut etre avec :

sudo systemctl list-units --failed

## OR ##

sudo systemctl list-units --state failed 

il faudrait aussi reinstaller le paquet correspondant .

dpkg -l | grep update

retour COMPLET et utilisable de commande

Bonjour

je ne sais pas si ça à un rapport, mais depuis hier, je ne peux plus démarrer Ubuntu 
J'ai accès au menu grub, et je peux démarrer Windows 10, mais le noyau 205 ne se lance pas, ni en mode normal ni en mode recovery. j'ai un ensemble de ligne qui parle de  kernel panic et qui renvoi à la documentation linux.
J'ai pu démarrer cette session sur le noyau 204. si nécéssaire, je peux mettre la photo de l'écran qui s'affiche.
peut-être faut-il ouvrir un nouveau sujet ?

le menu des mises à jour semble revenu à la normal et fonctionne normalement , aussi je considère que ce problème est résolu et je vais ouvrir un nouveau sujet pour mon problème de démarrage.
