installation xubuntu 24.10 sur minisforum
Bonjour,
Je tente ce matin d'installer xubuntu sur un minisforum que je viens d'acheter. Le live se lance bien sur la clé mais impossible d'aller plus loin dans l'install que la section "configuration de disque" où rien ne s'affiche.
Aucun disque ne serait détecté ? Les minisforum sont livrés avec windows préinstallé, je souhaite le virer évidemment.

Bonjour.
Boote avec le support d'installation.
Choisis essayer avant d'installer.
Installe et lance boot-info
Publie l'URL du rapport qui sera généré.
Il faudrait que tu accèdes au bios pour.
- Vérifier qu'il voit bien un disque
- Indiquer quel est le mode d'accès à ce disque. AHCI? RAID? IRST?

C'est pas mieux avec les autres hélas.
La 24.10 ne se lance même pas, j'ai une liste d'erreurs à n'en plus finir
La 25.04 fonctionne en live mais même causes, mêmes effets, je suis bloqué à la configuration du disque

J'ai essayé ce matin avec une version I386, pas de boot.
Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire maintenant.

Tu peux essayer avec la distribution qui sert de base à Ubuntu : Debian.

C'est ok avec Debian !
Super merci.
Reste à voir l'environnement graphique, préférant largement xfce, mais c'est un détail.

Avant d'utiliser plus avant ton PC, tu peux aussi mettre une Debian avec un bureau XFCE.

De toute façon, tu as une distribution qui n'a pas de snap par défaut. Tu peux aussi les ajouter si besoin, idem pour les flatpak.
De même, Gnome-shell de ta version actuelle n'a pas les modifications apportées par Canonical.
Si tu veux personnaliser Gnome-shell, regarde ce sujet récent. Dans ton cas il y aura quelques points déjà acquis.

Tu pourras, par exemple, mettre la barre d'état ... les raccourcis en bas de l'écran comme XFCE.
