[résolu]imprimante HP Laserjet P1109 inactive après passage en 24/04
Bonjour le groupe, merci de votre aide... suite au vol de mon portable Dell sous Ubuntu 22/04 LTS sur lequel tout fonctionnait parfaitement, je mets en fonction un autre portable sous U 24/04 LTS. Malheureusement, l'imprimante (HP Deskjet P1109) est présente dans le gestionnaire d'impression mais l'impression ne se déclenche ni pour une tâche ni pour une demande e page de test.

Ce ne serait pas plutôt une LaserJet P1109 ? Je ne trouve aucune mention pour DeskJet P1109 sur le site des
imprimantes supportées par HPLIP ?
On voit d'ailleurs LaserJet p1109 dans les retours de hp-check à la rubrique "INSTALLED CUPS PRINTER QUEUES" ...
Pas de traces de l'imprimante dans le retour de lsusb, est-elle bien branchée en USB et sous tension ?
Dans le retour de hp-check, on voit aussi : "error: Required plug-in status: Not installed"
Le modèle LaserJet P1109 requiert l'installation du greffon propriétaire, plugin.
Peut-être en tenter l'installation de cette façon :
hp-plugin -iRestera à voir si ça suffit pour le débloquage de l'impression ...

Merci pour la réponse! Il s'agit bien d'une LaserJet P1109, désolé de ma distraction. J'ai installé le plugin, rien de changé.Je vais refaire les tests...

La configuration de l'imprimante au message #3 me semble correcte, tu devrais peut-être tenter de supprimer et réinstaller l'imprimante dans l'interface web de cups ou bien via le gestionnaire d'imprimantes ?
Pour le faire en ligne de commande, ce serait, pour la suppression de l'imprimante existante :
hp-setup -ir... commande à répéter jusqu'à l'obtention d'un message d'erreur qu'il n'y a aucune imprimante à supprîmer.
Puis, pour réinstaller :
hp-setup -iaxSi ça ne fonctionne pas, faudra l'intervention d'autres intervenant.es avec de meilleures connaissances sur le sujet ...

Tu devrais remplacer Deskjet par LaserJet P1109 dans le titre de la discussion pour une meilleure identification de l'imprimante en question.
