ensuite , y a plus qu ' a lancer une redémarrage
sudo reboot
puis choisir le noyau 6.8..xxx
ensuite tu donneras :
uname -r
puis tu testes la mise en veille et la sortie de veille .
et tu montreras aussi :
sudo systemctl --no-pager status network.after.resume

Bonjour , exact , ma faute , je n' ai pas géré les " à l' interieur du fichier ...
sudo nano /etc/grub/default
puis tu modifies les lignes suivantes :
GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE=menu
GRUB_TIMEOUT=10
fleche directionnelles pour deplacer le curseur .
CTRL + X , O , entrée pour sauvegarder
CTRL + X , N , entrée pour fermer sans sauvegarder .
Quand c' est tout bon :
sudo update-grub
puis repasser au message #113 .

le problème semble résolu
en sortie de veille, la machine est en wifi puis repasse en filaire rapidement
