En revanche, je me demandais si ce serait possible et une bonne idée de désactiver ce port au démarrage de l'ordinateur ? Et s'il est activé très tôt dans le démarrage, peut-on sans risque masquer ce port via les paramètres du noyau ?

Je ne partage pas ton diagnostic.
Déjà, il y a 22 secondes de chargement de firmware.
Je ne vois du tout en quoi des mauvais ports USB ralentiraient le démarrage du NVME. Mais avec une durée de 66 secondes tu as raison de râler.

Évidemment le port USB .
Pour cela , à part une MAJ du BIOS et verifier sur la carte mere ( vu que rien n' y est connecté ) , je ne vois rien d' autre de particulier à faire .
C ' est une tour ou un portable ?

Quant au deuxième problème, je n'y comprends pas grand chose...
