Paramétrage Xerox workcentre 7220

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acquérir cette photocopieuse. Elle photocopie, elle scanne (peut-être), mais elle n'imprime pas. Elle a quelques messages : "échec du nettoyage immédiat du travail, veuillez procéder à un nettoyage à la demande immédiatement." Chat Gpt "pense" qu'il s'agit en réalité d'un nettoyage des tâches en cours (mais il n'y en a pas... d'après la machine elle-même!) Sous W10, aucune Xerox n'apparaît. Sous Ubuntu On la voit mais on ne parvient pas à l'installer. Je suis allé voir la doc qui m'envoie chez Xerox, mais ils n'ont pas de driver linux...

Je pense qu'ici on pourra m"aider. Merci d'avance!

Pour ce genre d'erreurs, peut-être réinitialiser le fichier /etc/cups/cupsd.conf à ses valeurs par défaut en recopiant le contenu de /usr/share/cups/cupsd.conf.default dans /etc/cups/cupsd.conf:
sudo cp /usr/share/cups/cupsd.conf.default /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
...redémarrer ensuite le service cups:
sudo systemctl restart cups.service
...puis tenter de réinstaller l'imprimante ?(...)

Bonjour,

Je viens d'envoyer ces deux commandes. Elles n'ont suscité aucun retour. J'ai supprimé puis ré-ajouté mon imprimante. Je n'arrive toujours pas à imprimer un document.

Et au fait, le panneau de commande de la photocopieuse indique : "erreur réseau 802.1x la machine restera en ligne jusqu'à résolution du problème, contacter l'administrateur système."

J'ai réinitialisé les logiciels de la machine (ce qui n'a rien changé)
