Incompatibilité Club-Internet et Ubuntu Breezy ! (résolu)

Bonjour à tous,:)

Je viens de m'abonner à l'offre 100 heures d'essai de club-internet bas débit et suis incapable de faire marcher cette connexion sur mes deux PC sous ubuntu Breezy ! Par contre cette conexion marche à tous les coups avec Winxp et également avec windows 98 !

J'ai une connexion gratuite wanadoo qui marche très bien avec ppp sous ubuntu mais me coute très cher car je surfe environ 50 heures par mois

ma question : comment faire marcher la connexion club-internet sous Breezy ?

Avec ubuntu Breezy le modem externe série olitec speed'com qui me connecte très bien à wanadoo.fr refuse de me connecter à club-internet. C'est très bizarre ...

je ne peux rien réclamer à club-internet puisque ma connexion fonctionne sous winxp

Si wanadoo n'obtient pas une connexion réussie à chaque essai,
club-internet ne réussi jamais sa connexion.

Ce bug se retrouve sur mes deux ordinateurs équipés d'Ubuntu Breezy et la connexion club-internet est toujours bonne sous winxp

Je viens de suivre avec intérêt  la démonstration de Jrev sur les modems bas débit
j'en conclu que ubuntu est fait pour l'Adsl
et le modem Sagem
Ou pour un usage interne afin de découvrir Linux
Peut être un jour ce sera plus facile.

en fait ça paraît un bug sur ubuntu qui s'est produit sur deux de mes PC's :
à savoir un mauvais enregistrement du mot de passe de la connexion
