salut à tous

je suis sur un athlon54 avec une gforce 6600 et dapper drake

x demarre sans pb (mais j'ai pas la sortie video. c'est un autre pb.

le serveur est xserver-xgl 7.0

le truc c'est que j'ai pas accès à la 3D

mon pb est trop spécifique ou trop original ?

vous avez besoin d'infos supplémentaires ?

Y'en a d'autres qui ont une configuration similaire à la mienne et chez qui tout fonctionne ?

vi ton Xorg.0.log par exemple. Mais à priori c'est un probleme de glx que tu as.


Pinard m'a tueR (in vino veritas ?)
Cherche logiciel pour tagger ses vinyles.

Ca fonctionne ou pas ? Et si ça fonctionne, c'est fluide ? Quel est le nombre de FPS affiché en moyenne ?

bon, j'ai continué mes recherches et j'ai trouvé que la librairie MESA pouvait être la source de pb quand on veut utiliser 'accélération 3D avec les drivers nvidia

Or, j'ai plein de trucs mesa installés sur ma machine mais si je veux les enlever, je dois, en gros, virer tout le système X et tous les logiciels attenants.

Y'a une autre solution ?

Le pilote nvidia substitue une lib mesa en les remplacant par la sienne (libGL), normalement les deux cohabitent sans problèmes (sauf pour xgl/compiz).

Tu as installé ton pilote nvidia par les dépots ? Je voit que tu as un kernel 64, recherche si personne n'a déjà eu des problemes avec les pilotes nvidia et le 64bits.
