[RESOLU] Pb WIFI ATHEROS KARMIC KERNEL 2.6.31
Bonjour,
Au secours !
Ma carte wifi fait 'freezer' mon ordinateur lorsqu'elle dépasse un certain taux de transfert. (800Ko/s à peu près).
Pour info j'ai une freebox avec wep en 64 bits hexa.
Cela arrive lorsque j'utilise le kernel 2.6.31 (final) sous jaunty ou sous karmic, et uniquement avec ce kernel!!! j'ai l'impression de revenir à la version 2.6.26 ou il fallait passer par des modules madwifi et compagnie!!
Bref si vous avez une carte athéros qui utilise le module ath9k vous êtes mal pour voir une vidéo sur youtube!!

Bref je suis un peu perdu et dès que j'ouvre un site avec une video (sans module flash et avec, j'ai fais un test sous dailymotion beta en video théora et un autre sous youtube, les deux font planter l'ordi).
Si une bonne âme veut bien m'aiguiller...

Ca y est j'ai trouvé le temps de tester Karmic 64bits beta 1 avec wicd et cela SEMBLE résoudre le problème, il ne s'agit donc pas d'un problème du kernel mais de network-manager.
