En dapper, tu n'as que main, restricted et universe. Il te faut multiverse en plus (et pas que dans les backports )
Tu l'ajoutes et ça devrait aller

C'est ton fichier sources.list qui est pris en compte. (et attention aux dépôts edgy dans le sources-list.save !!).

Tu rajoutes multiverse dans les 6 dépôts ci-dessus. Je te recommanderais en plus de commenter les backports et les dépôts commerciaux (tu mets un # en début de ligne).

Puis sudo apt-get update, et tu devrais pouvoir trouver acroread.

j'ai fait ce que vous avez dit sur le fichier source.list et je trouve acroread-debian-files dans synaptics mais quand je veux l'installer:
acroread-debian-files:
Dépend: acroread but it is not installable

Qu'est ce que je fais ?

Tu n'as pas besoin d'acroread-debian-files. Installe acroread, mozilla-acroread, et acroread-plugins, dans les dépôts multiverse.
Regarde le lien dépôts de ma signature si tu ne sais pas comment faire, ou reposte ici en copiant le contenus de ton fichier sources.list.

Voila ce que j'obtiens quand je suis en ligne de commande:
aurel@iBookAurel:~$ sudo apt-get install acroread Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait

Aucune version du paquet acroread n'est disponible, mais il existe dans la base
de données. Cela signifie en général que le paquet est manquant, qu'il est devenu obsolète
ou qu'il n'est disponible que sur une autre source
Cependant les paquets suivants le remplacent :
acroread-debian-files
E: Aucun paquet ne correspond au paquet acroread

j'ai réussi à installer la version 7 avec les fichiers de adobe mlais ca ne marche pas. Comment je pourrais faire ?
