salut j aimerais toutsimplement savoir commen découper un de mes films :en rar xtm zip ...un type de fichier courant quoi

dans ce cas, je te conseille HJsplit

tu le copies dans ton home, tu ouvres un terminal et tu tapes

java -jar hjsplit_g.jar

, ça coupe et colle les gros fichiers

j arive pas a l installer avec synaptic !

c'est normal, il n'y est pas. télécharge le .jar dont j'ai donné le lien et enregistre le dans ton home

Usage: java -jar hjsplit.jar [-options] -c command -f file

command:
  split       splits the file into two or more parts
    -s size   the size of each file in Mb (1 Mb ~ 1000 Kb)
  join        joins the file (with the suffix .001) with the files .002, .003 etc...
    -f2 file  the file to which the other files where joined
  checksum    calculates the checksum of the file
  compare     compares two files
    -f2 file  the second file to compare the first file with
  help        prints this help and exits
options:
  -h | -help   prints this help and exits

Example 1: to split a file called foo.mp3 into parts of the size 1.44 Mb:
       java -jar hjsplit.jar -s 1.44 -c split -f foo.mp3
Example 2: to join the files foo.mp3.001 ... foo.mp3.006 into a file called foo.mp3:
       java -jar hjsplit.jar -c join -f foo.mp3.001
Example 3: to calculate the checksum of a file called foo.mp3:
       java -jar hjsplit.jar -c checksum -f foo.mp3
Example 4: to compare a file called foo.mp3 with a file called bar.mp3:
       java -jar hjsplit.jar -c compare -f foo.mp3 -f2 bar.mp3

When run with no arguments, e.g. "java -jar hjsplit.jar", the GUI version
of HJSplit for Java! is launched.
However, if the Java version doesn't support Java2 (JDK 1.2 or above),
a dialog is displayed explaining the problem. If no window manager is available
(e.g unable to display a window) this message is printed to "System.err".
