Pour la première commande, il n'y a eu aucun message.
J'ai donc relancer la seconde et voici le poste

Pourquoi tu prends l'option 'c'= Class Drivers ? Tu t'y connais ?

Je te suggère de choisir les options par défaut (avec *). Relis la doc hplip.

À mon avis, il faut seulement choisir le mode d'installation «custom» : Please choose the installation mode (a=automatic*, c=custom, q=quit) : c
Prendre ensuite les options par défauts, marquées « * » pour les autres.
Vraiment désolé de ne pas avoir été clair à ce sujet dans mes messages précédents (merci @grigouille...).

Tu sembles avoir créé une archive tar contenant (peut-être ?) un paquet *.deb dans le répertoire où tu as lancé le .run :

...faudrait peut-être extraire l'archive et lancer l'installation de cet éventuel paquet avec une commande du genre de :

sudo dpkg -i nom-du-paquet-créé.deb

?

Sinon, sous réserve de ce qu'en pense @grigouille, faudrait retenter l'installation du *.run en mode custom avec les autres options par défaut ?

Par contre, il y a encore le message d'erreur à la fin : « warning: CUPSEXT could not be loaded. Please check HPLIP installation. »

Ils semblent aussi avoir eu à installer hplip en version supérieure à la 3.20.3 des dépôts réguliers de la 20.04 ?
Si c'est le cas, il faudra quand même arriver à installer hplip via l'archive *.run
