beryl+ edgy + x550 ati = out beryl + feisty + x550 = splemdide
voila je tenais a partager mon experience par rapport a beryl et ma carte ATI x550 256Mo
j ai tester toutes les combinaisons possible et enviseagable sous edgy et je ai jamais reussi a faire fonctionné Beryl
Voila que j installe Feisty et beryl et la miracle tout fonctionne!!!
Sans même les pilotes propriétaire

Tu es téméraire pour Béryl aprés l'échec sur Edgy. Mais c'est trés bien pour toi.
Je suis un peu dans le même avec nvidia : Beryl est une galère infernale avec ma geforce 7600 GT sur mes Edgy 32 et 64.
Pour ma Feisty -64 j'attends le herd4 pour tenter Beryl

avec glxgears -printfps
9481 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1896.055 FPS
8698 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1739.519 FPS
9948 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1989.498 FPS
9961 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1992.096 FPS
9921 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1984.196 FPS
ce qui est plutot correct je pense ? non

Plutôt pas mal pour l'usage que demande beryl c'est plutôt suffisant je pense.
(Jamais essayer avec les drivers libres sur ati )
